During your consultation, we’ll guide you toward the wedding planning package that suits you best, and then we’ll create a custom proposal tailored to your specific event needs.
Once you accept your proposal and sign your contract, you’re officially part of the SG3 Events family!
You can expect a special, custom welcome gift in the mail shortly after booking with us, and then we’ll arrange an onboarding meeting to dive deeper into your vision. Think of this as your opportunity to share everything that’s been swirling around in your head, giving you peace of mind that it’s now in trusted hands.
You’ll also have a chance to complete our fun, thorough, and thought-provoking questionnaire that allows us to gain a comprehensive vision of your special day. Grab a glass of wine, and enjoy the process!
Everyone’s favorite part! We’ll create a personalized design board curated based on your wedding vision. It’s like seeing your Pinterest board organized with all your thoughts and ideas in one place! This is where you’ll really start to see your vision coming to life.
With all of these details and your approved design board, we are armed with all we need to plan your special day. We match you with the perfect vendors for your event, negotiate and advocate on your behalf, and handle all the logistics in between. You’ll have the opportunity to be as involved or hands-off as you’d like throughout this process.
As your wedding day nears, we’ll create a detailed timeline of events, seating layouts, and triple-check every last detail to ensure we’re more than ready for your day.
Your big day has finally arrived! After all the excitement and anticipation, all that’s left for you to do is relax, pop the champagne, and prepare for that magical, life-changing moment where you’ll say “I do.”
Meanwhile, we’ll be on site bright and early, making sure everything goes according to plan so you can simply stay present and enjoy every moment.
Your wedding day might be over, and you’re hopefully off on your honeymoon, but our work is not done! We close out any pending items from vendors, return personal belongings, keep watch for your photo and video galleries, help you with your thank you cards, and more! Our service is truly white-glove from start to finish.
While this marks an end to our wedding planning journey, it begins your exciting journey as a married couple, and we just can’t wait to serve you again in the future!

Great question! We’ve designed our pricing structure to accommodate weddings of diverse budgets. For budgets under $100,000, we offer the flat rate listed with each package, and for budgets over $100,000, we offer the percentage-based fee listed with each package. This ensures we are able dedicate the proper support, time, and resources to your wedding, regardless of the scale. Rest assured, however, that once we collaborate on setting your budget, we stay firmly within it. Budget integrity is extremely important to us and we’ll be advocating for you and your financial goals at every turn.
In order to give you the best experience possible, it’s important to us to handle every detail so we can ensure a high level of service all around. Given this, we do not offer partial planning or month-of/day-of coordination services. However, our sister company, Get Coordinated, does offer this level of support and would love to serve you.
Absolutely! We consider our relationship a partnership, and will involve you in every design choice, planning decision, and more, while still keeping the experience stress-free and peaceful on your end.
Definitely! Our favorite projects span multiple days and several events. If you’re planning a wedding weekend experience, including events like a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, and a farewell brunch, you’re speaking our language.
YES! We love planning destination weddings. Once we talk through your vision, we’ll create a custom proposal that includes your wedding planning fees. Travel expenses such as flights, hotels, and transportation for our team are not included in the planning fee and will be billed separately once we’ve researched current pricing for the dates and location of your event.
Of course. You’ll be asked to remit a non-refundable retainer to secure your event date on our calendar, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. You’re welcome to make additional, smaller payments in between if that makes you more comfortable.
That’s no problem at all! We’ll seamlessly step in, integrate your existing vendor selections, and handle the remaining details with ease.
